Email

This reviews setting up the Email facility.

CalcPay allows you to send out emails.
You can send out the following employee emails:
       ePayslip as an attachment
       P60 as an attachment
       Pension letters
You can use the CalcPay email server or use your own email server to do this.
CalcPay defaults to using the CalcPay server.
To use your own server fill in the details in 'Utilities/Email Settings'.
Using your own server allows you to also send CC & BCC copies.
If there is no entry in 'Utilities/Email Settings/MailServer' then the CalcPay email server will be used.

Employer/EmployerDetails/Email
This is required.
Enter the 'Reply To' email address.

Employer/EmployerDetails/Send Test Email
This allows you to test the email facilities.
You can enter a 'To' email address and on clicking on 'Test' a default email will be sent, currently it defaults to sending FROM suport@calcpay.co.uk but this will change in the next revision.
you should always use this to conduct a test to ensure your antivirus is not blocking the sending of emails.
