Enter the sending email address in 'Email'
Utilities/EmailSettings
Enter your email settings.
Email settings
Employee/EmployeeDetails/Info
Enter the receiving email address in 'Email'.
Tick 'Send ePayslip'
I suggest you initially enter your own person email so that you can check that it is working OK.
Do a payrun but only for this employee
Enter the next payrun date, the pay frequency and 'Some', Select only this employee.
Payslip/PayslipPlain, leave the default layout 'A4 Payslip Fancy Addr note 1/p'
Tick the 'Email/Individual box'
'OK'
You will now see the Email Message.
Press continue to send the email out.
You can now check your own email to ensure that the payslip has arrived.
Remember to 'Abandon payrun'
Now enter all the email addresses and tick the 'Send ePayslip'
When you do future payruns you will need to tick the 'Email/Individual box'.
Those employees who are not receiving their payslips by email will get it printed.
