Nest Gateway

This is a facility to Send / Receive information to Nest Pension.

This is a four part operation:
Initial This is when the request is initially sent to Nest
Polling If the Nest site is busy there may be one or more 'wait' lines
Checking Nest is verifying/adding the sent data.
Retrieve XML You can view the response from Nest in your browser, it is also saved in 'Gateway/History'

The 'Doc' will have one of:
PRSETUP Details of the Employer Setup with Nest.
PENRWOR Enrol Workers, both en-mass and individually.
PUPDCON Details of the Contributions sent to Nest.
PAPPPAY Approval of the Payment for the Contributions to Nest.
PRETSCH List of open Schedules with Nest.
PRETOPT List of employees who have opted out in the last 5 weeks.
PRETSTOP List of employees who have stopped contributions in the last 5 weeks.
