Problems Sending RTI
HMRC changed their security requirements to receive XMLs in Oct 16.

You can check if you are using SSL here.(while using Internet Explorer)

This is probably because you are using version 6 of Internet Explorer which is used by Windows XP. CalcPay uses a component of IE to send the FPS files.
If you are using SSL, as opposed to TLS, then you need to change your Internet Explorer settings.
Go into Internet Explorer ('Gateway/History/Show XML' will probably open it)
In Internet Explorer go into Tools (Alt+x)
Then Internet Options, Advanced, scroll down to the bottom, you should see SSL & TLS with various versions.
Untick ALL the SSLs and tick at least one TLS. (all is best)
Apply and OK, come out of IE.
Restart CalcPay.
