You need to run this for each payrun.

Choose the employees you wish to include then 'Generate File'. This file can then be uploaded via the Smart Pension website.

Payroll Run Date
Your payroll date.

Please note the following:

Smart Pension is a 'Net Pay Arrangement'. Not a 'Relief at Source'.
If you have not set up a group name then it should be entered as 'default'.
The first time this is sent in it should include everyone, with the 'Event Code' as 0.
CalcPay only marks employees as coming out of the pension via the 'OptOut Date'. Smart Pension has two leave options:
An 'ExitDate' + 'ExitReasonCode' for normal leavers.
and
'AEOptOutDate' +'AEOptOutReference' for those who have opted out within the approved time period and wish to get their contributions back.
CalcPay will default to the first option, so you may well need to change this.
