Pension NOW Contributions

You need to run this for each payrun.

Payroll Run Date
Your payroll date.

Select A.E. pension to use
This will be your NOW scheme.

Pension Ref
This should populate itself from the Pension Scheme Admin Ref

Scheme Code
This should populate itself from the Pension Scheme Now Scheme

Records No
Auto filled.

Earnings Period Start Date
This will default to the Start date of the tax period.

Postponement Date
Leave blank.

Payrun Date
Date that was entered for the payrun.

File Type
CS for Contributions.

Refresh Grid
This repopulates the grid for the entered Earnings Period Start Date & Postponement Date

Choose
This will be ticked for all positive 'Er_conts'
Untick it if you do not want to include the employee in the CSV to be sent to Now

Ee_conts & Er-conts
If these figures were originally negative then they have been converted to 0.00.

Generate File
This will generate a CSV file in the 'Pension' folder that can be imported into NOW.
The file name will be the Backup Name +.account number+YYYYMMDD.
This file can imported into a spreadsheet for further manipulation prior to sending into NOW.
