As CalcPay is software that will only be used by a business the
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply.
The buyer should satisfy himself as to the suitability of CalcPay from
the demo which they can download free. There is no refund allowed.
Prices may change at anytime without prior notice.
A contract does not exist until the product has been paid for.
The product, CalcPay, calculates payroll only for a year. The year
starts on 6th April of the year in question. If it has been stated that
support has being included in the price then that support is also for
the same period.
